In current time, speed reducer is progressing in the manufacture technics. The developing of industry technology has improved the performance of reducer, and extended the category about it. Cycloid cam planetary speed reducer which is belong to it has attracted by its excellence such as the advantage of reliable performance, structure tightly packed, small physical volume, light weight and spreads to move steady, the noise and operates simple, work credibility etc. And as to them, this kind of reducer has applied to more fields.However, as more application, testing system never walk forward in step with it. Basing on it, this article produces testing system about cycloid cam planetary speed reducer. In order to produce full-scale testing, this testing system, considering the character of diverse work performance in manifold condition, has designed different testing manner.In this paper, the cycloidal gear reducer principle is analyzed.
