Vibration feeder is a sort of feed equipment which is applied on the automatization line and assembly line.Piezoelectric vibration feeder is a sort of new-style feed equipment which is drived by piezoelectric bimorph instead of traditional mechanism,electromagnet or engine etc. Compared to the traditional vibration feeders ,piezoelectric vibration feeder have a lot of advantages.For example,wide range of feeder rates ,high reliability and stability, no heat, no magnetic effect,energy-saving and so on.There is made a vertical piezoelectric vibration feeder example mechanism by myself. And we test it. The testing indicates homemade feeder can work stably and stand in this paper.The paper consists of six chapters,given as follows:Chapter 1 IntroductionIn the modern manufactures, product's automatization and integration is more and more higher, vertical vibration feeder in very important application on some field as industry ,agriculture and military affairs .First the paper expatiate source and research signification,then a review about the research emphasis and research results of piezoelectric vibration feeders at broad and home is given,The main research content of the paper is list at last.Chapter 2 The piezoelectricity physics base of the feederThis chapter mainly introduces four capability parameters of weighing piezoelectric china material capability which include elastic constant s,piezoelectric constant d,electromechanically coupled coefficients K,mechanical quality factor Q m. Capability characteristic of the series of PZT is given. The piezoelectric drive fundamental principles are piezoelectric effect and converse piezoelectric effect.Piezoelectric china material has piezoelectric equations with different independent variable at various boundary conditions. Then it introduces vibration modes.Chapter 3 Piezoelectric bimorphsThis part introduces application and types of piezoelectric bimorphs and analyzes the static state characteristics theory of fixure girder piezoelectric bimorphs. The static state and dynamic characteristics of different structures and dimensions piezoelectric bimorphs is tested. Experimentation results are match with theory analysis.Chapter 4 Structure design and working theory of piezoelectric vibration feederThis section designs the structure and components of vertical piezoelectric vibration feeder,make it and assemble a example machine. It analyze working theory of vertical piezoelectric vibration feeder and movement state of the parts,. Driving part of the feeder is analyzed by ANSYS software. We pick-up the the last four rank vibration modes and stress analysis chart, elicit the curve of voltage and frequency.It is matched with working condition of the feeder under the tenth vibration mode. From the analysis of impedance analysis instrument, we know the working frequency of feeder is about 120Hz.Chapter 5 Experimental analysis of piezoelectric feeder Based on normal school experiment theory, we establish three factors and two level experimental table. We can get the most excellent combination which effect the feeder capability from the analysis of experiment results used the method of R. Then we choose the most excellent combination to do single experiment and can get a series of connection curve between different factors and frequency, voltage and feeder rates, frequency and feeder rates.Chapter 6 Conclusion and expectationThe chapter gives the main conclusion obtained in this paper and give reasonable proposes and ideas, make a basic for the realization of diversification,scale and production .
