In recently years, the automobile business of China is progressing constantly, the distance between automobile and Chinese is become much more close. The life of the automobile greatly depends on its heart's quality——the engine's life. Overload,high speed driving,bad habit when starting and braking the car probably resulted in cutting down the performance and life of the engine. But the most harmful to the engine is the dirty and pollution of the engine. Therefore, a suitable air filtration system, which is high-efficient and economic air filtration system is very important to the engine. It is meaningful to design a air filter which is high-effect,low-resistance,good capability of holding dust,small volume,light weight,long circle to replace,simple to maintain,keep up and exchange,safe and reliable, because it can not only improve the efficiency and economy of the engine which is used on automobile or armored vehicle, but also lengthen the life of the engine , let alone save the resource.This topic take account of the special circumstance( for example, in the desert or another place where the content of air dust particle is large),where the efficiency and the durability of the conventional air filter can not satisfy the demand of the engine, make use of mechanism of the high voltage electrostatic duster to improve the efficiency of the air filter in the automobile, and combine with the simulation method of the software to design a kind of air filter ,which is high efficiency,low obstruction,energy-conservation,durable,suitable for the desert and the place where the content of air dust particle is large,to accomplish the dust-collection assignment,and to make a further research on the parameter used in the electrostatic filtration by the method of the computer simulation.This topic give a sample explanation to the mechanism of the high voltage electrostatic filtration,regulated power supply,the type and the develop tendency of the electrostatic filtration. According to the electrostatic filtration mechanism and the relationship with the radius of the dust particle, and give consideration to the structure size of air filter and other factors, this topic has changed the combination of the preliminary strainer and particular strainer to the new style of the air filter. The preliminary strainer can be used by cyclone which can filtrate the dust particle whose radius between 10~900μm; The particular strainer can be used by high voltage electrostatic filtration which can filtrate the dust particle whose radius between 0.08~30μm Therefore,we can filtrate the dust particle whose radius between 0.08~900μm if we can combine cyclone with high voltage electrostatic filtration, especially the dust particle whose radius between 10~30μm can be filtrated by both of them. So the air, which is filtrated by both of them, can meet the demand of the engine.This topic has respectively made the numerical analysis and simulation to the whole electric field which belongs to the interior of high voltage electrostatic filter on 30KV and 45KV by ANSYS. And base on the analysis to the high voltage electrostatic dust-collecting plant, make the simulation on the highest field intensity of high voltage electrostatic field which are different structure, and also make the simulation on the appropriate distance of corona line and another structure size; meanwhile, make the flow field analysis to the dust particle with different speed in different high voltage, study the rule of electric field variation in the high voltage electrostatic dust-collecting plant and the distribute of the dust particle speed, give the optimize and improvement measure, and offer the design guidance for design and research of the high voltage electrostatic dust-collecting plant.The power source's circuit of this topic separately adopts the high-frequency switch Inverter circuit,high-frequency high-voltage AC transformers,double-voltage rectifier circuit,protect circuit,Auxiliary Power circuit. The selection of whole system plan takes account of the structure design,the cost of the element,the effect of dust-collecting. The whole system controls flexibly,system security,circulation stable. The high-frequency switch circuit whose principal element is IGBT, under the drive of special integrate driver EXB840 which is controlled by TL494, can change the automobile DC into the AC, meanwhile can produce AC high voltage under the condition that not increase the volume,weight and capacitance; And the double-voltage rectifier circuit has the characteristic of soft-power, which has the capability of adapting to the circumstance, furthermore great decrease the volume of power and the burden of the transformer.
