Additives have become an important component of high performance concrete, but itsuse also has many problems. By changing the nature of the cement concrete mixing water, hasa positive role in improving the performance of concrete, the water after electric fieldactivated is one of the methods. Current research shows that the electric field activated watercan improve the fluidity of cement slurry and hardening strength etc., but little research on theinfluence of the cement concrete, based on this, this article has carried out electric fieldactivated water mixing cement concrete research.This paper is mainly through the method of theory analysis and experiment verification.First of all, according to the existing research, this paper explains the mechanism ofreinforced cement concrete performance by electric field activated water, and then designs thecontrast test to study the effect of electric field activated water on cement concreteperformance.In this paper, the electric field activated water includes high voltage electrostatic fieldactivated water and high-frequency electric field activated water. First, from the start of thenature of the water, this paper carries on the explanations for activated principle of two kindsof electric field activated water, and analyzes the reasons for the changes of the properties ofwater. And according to the activated principle of electric field activated water, the apparatusof the two electric field activated water are designed and produced. Then combined with thetheory of cement hydration and concrete hardening, this paper carries on reasoningexplanation for the mechanism of reinforced concrete performance by electric field activatedwater, that electric field activated water can promote hydration of cement, make cementmortar structure more compact, can improve the workability, and the uniformity of concretemixture and improve the strength of the concrete, etc..This paper designed comparative tests of two electric field activated of water andordinary water to verify the mechanism of reinforced concrete performance by electric fieldactivated water by detecting the performance of the concrete mixture. The test results show that the concrete performance mixed by the electric field activated water has no absolutesuperiority compared with concrete performance mixed by ordinary water; Aging test resultsshowed that the concrete performance mixed by the electric field activated water standing forhalf an hour showed the pros and cons of different phenomenon compared with concreteperformance mixed by ordinary water.Electric field activated water mixing cement concrete does not show the absolutesuperiority compared with ordinary water, which has discrepancy with theoretical analysis,the reason is that: a) This paper does not detect and study the nature of the activated water, itis not enough to grasp the nature of the activated water; b) the nature of the activated wateritself is not uniqueness and instability; c) in experiment,there exists the influence of theenvironment and human factors, etc..These aspects will be focused on in a follow-up study.
