Motorcycle as a convenient transportation tool has been widely used in our routine and daily life.The test technology of motorcycle is needed to be improved and we should do our best to develop test technology and facility to enhance performance of safty and exhaust,because electronic technology is developing, and more and more new technology is used on motorcycle.The safety performance of motorcycle is needed to be detected according to request of the police department and traffic management branch.The test stations are located in city vehicle test center but the motorcycle owners spread around in town,so we want to empolder mobile motorcycle test line to meet the require of management department.The mobile motorcycle test line developed by this thesis can provide service to the door and it is convenient for the owner of motorcycle.Nowadays most of the motorcycle safety performance test is performed in immobile test station.Though mobile test line is used sometime,the test line has several disadvantages and shortages.For instance,the size of the test line is large and it's not convenient for transportation.The test line should be transported by special vehicle and this makes the cost of the test line high.The test facilities are designed incorrect as brake performance test equipment working at a low speed and the low speed at 7 r/min can not simulate the real road driving state.The test equipment can not provide enough brake power as only one roller providing,so it makes the test result not exact.The software and hardware of controlling system is not designed in reason .Thus,in this thesis we want to develop a set of advanced mobile motorcycle test line and measure & control system.The mobile motorcycle test line developed in this thesis consists of test equipment of motorcycle safty performance, hydraulic lift system, measure & control system, and workroom.Workroom is an assistant part. The motorcycle safety performance test line can be used for the following test items:brake performance,velocity meter checkout,weight of wheel ,wheel deviation, exhaust performance, noise class, lighting.First, the principles of brake performance,weight of wheel and wheel deviation test equipment are analysed in this thesis.Second,we develop brake velocity complex test-bed,weight of wheel test-bed,wheel deviation test-bed and wheel fixed equipment.The surpass clutch is used to control the power transfer in the brake velocity complex test-bed,also it adopts chain transmission to provide enough brake power.The electromagnetic clutch is used to adjust the output rotate speed automatically.Accoring to actual project experience,the wheel should to be fixed during the velocity meter checkout item.The theory about fixing the wheel is discussed and the wheel fixed equipment is designed in the thesis.According to the characteristics of the mobile motorcycle test line, a set of automatic hydraulic lift system is developed.This hydraulic lift system can make the test line up and down for transportation.To optimize the test order for arranging the test equipment in a compact way, so that the test line can be in a small size.Cooperating with the hydraulic lift system, the test line doesn't need a special vehicle to transport it because of its small size.Measure & control system is an important part of mobile motorcycle test line. It is designed from hardware and software aspects. The hardware of controlling system is designed for collecting, controlling and disposing simulative and digital signals. According to the measure & control system, it adopts hight-powered sensors, patulous interface and collection module. The safety performance test items are arranged logical and the controlling system is designed according to the detecting flow for isochronous control. It is analysed and researched systemic in data communication aspect, and it adopts serial bus for data communication and anti-jamming technology. Software of the system is based on windows operating system and adopts Visual C++. The software is design in modularization mode and adopts the characteristics of facing to object programme.the software is programmed in this way can be used for different test demand, only to adjust the program order according to the test working procedure. The measure & control system is designed in centralized controlling mode. Software is divided into data management, system setup, system test, entry, automatic test,and system calibration six different modules. The automatic test and system calibration modules are mainly designed in the thesis. The automatic test software module is designed by controlling flow and makes sure that the whole test line can work harmonious. It also collects datum and deals with them. The calibration module is used to establish the corresponding relation between the signals output by the sensors and the actual value. The least two multiplication is used to establish the calibration curve.The mobile motorcycle test line has actual social significance and the measure & control system is applied in some test stations. The cpability of the system is needed to be improved in course of using.
