Residential Suitability Energy Saving Structure Technology Research In Cold Area

With the increasing shortage of the energy supply accompanying the rapid development of the national economy of China, to save energy has become a significant strategy to ensure sustainable development. Building trade, as a chief consumer of energy, is expected to carry out the task in no time. Since liberation, the residential buildings always have great proportion in the quantity of construction. For this reason, residential building should be the focus of the energy-saving work. On such a background, this paper discusses the energy-saving design of residential buildings and its practices considering the special climatic and geographical features of cold areas.This paper is going to explain the suitability energy saving structure of building in cold area for the view of the structure of residential energy saving, and discuss it from the following points:1. This paper analyzes the present residential building situation and building technique characteristics in cold areas. Give the reasonable appraise to the present residential building technology in cold area, analyze the residential energy expenditure in cold area and point the problems exist in the residential construction technology in cold area.2. This paper analyzes the residential hot environment situation in cold area, explain and analysis quantity of heat composing and key part of energy saving for the buildings with heating facilities in the town of cold area. And further this paper will indicate how the energy saving technology is working in the buildings with heating facilities in the town of cold area. 3. This paper based on the nature situation of cold area, give the idea of residential energy saving design of cold area. On this basis, give the analysis of the structure method which popular in the residential design in the cold area, point out the shortage and forwardthe reasonable suggestion-refers to the relevant suitability energy saving constructiontechnology measures. Make corresponding energy saving suggestion and corresponding economical evaluation in accordance with buildings in the cold area at the same time.This paper will offer strongly theory guide and technology support through seriously research for the residential energy saving problems in the cold area, thereby, further promote the energy saving field technology development.
