With the development of society, the energy scarce is increasingly becoming serious. More and more importance has being attached to the use of solar energy because of being a kind of clean, renewable energy, especially in the application of construction, but it is unbalanced in the energy supply and energy demand due to its intermittent unstable characteristics. In Qinghai where the solar heat can not meet the need of energy supply in the heating period, auxiliary facility must be adopted. This dissertation is based on practical situation of engineering, calculating the designed heating load of architectures. According to the climate data of Xining, the total radiation quantity of slope surface in one month obtained from total horizontal radiation quantity. Then according to the avail energy benefit of solar heat collecting appliance, the collected heat on every square meters' heat collecting tube in one month could be calculated. Based on the reserved heat in unit area of a hot water tank and collected heat on different areas, we calculated the saved energy, in vested years and the unit area of heat collecting appliance on different areas of heat collecting appliance. In the end, according to the heat supply method, we conducted economic analysis and researched on its feasibility.
