This thesis introduces the research and design of automatic system of Chengbei Water Plant of Nanjing Water Group Co.,Ltd.(former Nanjing Water Supply General Company).Through in-depth study of running water production technology,advanced algorithms are utilized to realize the goal of production automation,water quality reaching standard,energy conservation and consumption reduction of Chengbei Water Plant.The running water production technology is very mature,but most water plants have a lower degree of automation,and fail to make a systematic design of all the water production technologies,and still stay in the primary stage in terms of the construction of production informatization.Currently,the concept of Industry 4.0 and Internet+ have penetrated into every walk of life,and it has a positive effect in reducing the management cost of water plants,high-quality and efficient water supply,conservation of energy,etc.to give full play to automation and informatization during the production process.This thesis describes the software and hardware structure of automatic control system of Chengbei Water Plant,establishes the control substation corresponding to the water production technology,and utilizes the industrial Ethernet to construct an efficient and safe control network.The process of adding coagulants and disinfectants features long time delay,large inertia,and large external influence.This thesis makes closed cycle control for the adding process by establishment of dynamic model for the dosing process,as well as application of the multi-model dynamic matrix predictive control with a feedforward-feedback structure.Meanwhile,drawing on the thought of cascade control,this thesis combines the PID control with the predictive control to form the DMC—PID predictive control,and utilizes the quick reaction in the auxiliary loop of cascade system to inhibit the high frequency interference;and the major loop effectively improves the control quality of system by establishment of multi-model dynamic matrix predictive control.This thesis also draws on the concept of "big data" to make effective management of production data of Chengbei Water Plant,which increases the informatization level of production,and provides a basis for making production analysis,technology improvement,and algorithm optimization control.
