The Study Of Product-oriented CAPP Tool System Key Technology

The contest of the world mainly focuses on the contest of the whole strength of the country. The advanced manufacture technology which is represented by mechanical manufacture technology takes an important part on the technique economy development of the country. Under the tide of the new century global economy integration, manufacturing is facing great challenge and opportunity. After investigated and analyzed the development trend of manufacturing ,product design, technique about manufacture and research status and development trend of CAPP, this paper puts forward flexible process design method which syncretizes many kinds of technology in the development of CAPP system, solves the problem of that the single design method is not general and increases the design speed. At the same time, this paper studies the system frame based on component object model which improves the flexibility and currency of the system. Main research contents are followed:(1) The implement strategy of CAPP rapid development tool system based on many kinds of technology syncretizied has been studied and the whole frame of CAPP tool system facing CAD/CAPP integration is established.(2) The CAD/CAPP message integration technique based on feature product structural has been studied.(3) The construct technique of process message model based product structural has been studied. Product structural was taken as the core of process design and process management.(4) This paper adopted mutual, index, recension, creative etc multi process decision-making mix technique which takes knowledge database as the core , studied multi process layout technique and established flexible process decision-making mode based on knowledge database.(5) This paper studied organic syncretic technique of many kinds of technique among CAPP rapid development tool system which includes part message input technique based on feature product structural, flexible process decision-making technique, the technique based on Component Object Model and so on.Finally, a summary of the research work and the results is made and plans for future research is presented.
