CAPP(Computer Aided Process Design)Committed to addressing time-consuming repeatedproblem of Handmade crafts file. At the same time, manufacturing environment changes withmarket what put a higher requirments to CAPP decision-making system. With the developmentof CAPP intelligent decision-making process technology, Decision-making process largelydetermines the ability of intelligent system. Edit and reasonable processing of part shape, size,and other parts information are the inseparable parts of process design. The main problems ofdecision-making process are divided into three stages. In prophase, import parts information; inmetaphase, determined craft processing methods, route decisions, processing equipment andcutting parameters; in anaphase, sort manufacturing processes and balance production.Processesare design by computer for completing produciton Adjustment efficiently.Using CAPP quick built process models is the result of computer literacy and highprofessional human costs today. In CAPP design, solving ubiquitous consensus and duplicationof effor problem firstly help to liberate process designer, who could spend more tion in newtechnology research. In this paper, i will research CAPP expert system and butterflydecision-making process model to get a reasonable faster processing methods and processingline. The main contents are as follows:(1)Design drawings major describe the product geometry, roughness, precision; part name,process parameters and design personnel information are alse included. Before the beginning ofdisign, we should consider how to import process information into database for system call.Binary feature is used in this paper to organise part characteristic information. Part features canbe divided into two directions left and right, two features main featrue and assist featrue. Binarytree is used to classify the features.(2) Data in the database is classified as fact base and knowledge base. Fact base storagesystem operation data and established part information. Knowledge base is used to storageprocessing principles. Program adopts Framework struct variables and IF-THEN conditionstatement to handle the two types of data. The statement after THEN indicates that the data isestablished. If a part is not matched in system, we should import the basic information of the part. Feature information, materials, characteristics and processing solutions, tooling equipment mapto [0,1] normalized value for neural network training. BP NN is a algorithm trained with targetvalue, so initial results need manual annotation and gives satisfactory solution to form theweights Library(3)Feature surface is processed not more than three processing stage, but the actualproduction is not process through single equipment and handle single surface. All feature surfaceneeded to be sorted to satisfy Order processing and Takt Production. Firstly, hierarchicalplanning method uses to classify the processing, which considers parts characteristic direction,Part feature model and Parts processing constraint relations. Secondly, considering the demandof equipment, and the principle of making full use of machine tool during processing, classifythe vehicles, drilling, boring process and calculate objective optimization function, establishgenetic algorithm. Genetic algorithm which is a global probabilistic search algorithm use toorder processing procedures and model the station takt. The former consider a U-turn, tool andmachining constraints objective function. The latter combined with the "target tracking method"that determine the parts material balanced and reverse constraint penalty function, to obtainminimun production fluctuation and processing constraints satisfied objective function.(4)Procedural framework and database are established with the help of Visual C#and SQLsoftware in system design.Overall system function which about data import, information storage,the decision-making process and generate process card should be considered before developingthe system."Crow’ feet" model help to build up database entity model which include processingmethod, heat treatment information, equipment, characteristics, process, materials, tools, fixtures,etc.
