The heat meter (heat energy meter) is the available equipment to solve the conflict aroused by the heat supply system. In order to catch up with the pushing of heat supply system reformation, we designed an intelligent heat meter. There is an excellent character of the heat meter developed by us, which is using the ways of modularization design, data processing program, segregation parameter on software realizes the"one meter one parameter"which elevates the precision, reduces the difficulty in production.The"one meter one parameter"testing platform is specially designed for the heat meter developed by us. The main purpose of it is to form a preferred man-machine interface.This paper totally includes five chapters. The contents of the paper are as follows:In the first chapter the researching background of heat meter is summarized. The reason of researching"one meter one parameter"is expounded detailedly."One meter one parameter"includes"one meter one parameter"of the temperature measurement and flow measurement. In the second chapter, the principle of obtaining"one meter one parameter"of the temperature and flow measurement is narrated.In the third chapter, the realization of the"one meter one parameter"platform is narrated. The automated method is selected by comparison. This chapter includes five sections:1. The BOOTSTRAP is believed the best way to download code to MSP430 by discussing every other method. Then the hardware, software and power supply plan of making BOOTSTRAP are dissertated. The download code platform designed by me is given in this section.2. The way of sending parameters from MSP430FE425 to computer is related, that is using the UART of the MSP430FE425.3. The way of receiving parameters from MSP430FE425 is narrated. The Windows API function is used to receive data from MSP430FE425, and then put forward the disadvantage of the MSComm control ware.4.
