In the modern research of engineering structure, the structural model test and the analysis of computer simulation are two necessary and efficient tools, they are supplement and accelerated each other. Close combination each other can bring more brilliance in the development of structural technology.The research subject in this paper is the main bridge of Lanqi SongHua River Bridge in JiLin province. Research the bridge's reliability and safety of construction process and actual bridge process by model Test and the Computer simulation analysis, besides combine the theory computational analysis, which appraise the working behaviors of bridge structure, validate the parameters of design theory, ascertain the stress condition of complex structural, bring forward the improvement suggestions and advice for any problems.The general layout of main bridge: the main span is 102.5m+240m+102.5m three span prestressed concrete and single plane cable stayed bridge, the main girder is box section by"1- box and 3-rooms", consolidated with tower and pier, half float system.The design basis of model is similarity theory, the model adopt aluminum alloy and steel structure in place of the concrete of actual bridge, backstay cable of model and actual bridge adopt the same material -- reinforcing wire. This paper will validate the correctness of similarity theory in this model test. On the base of the integrate structure's stress characteristic of the construction process and actual bridge process by completely simulation, analyzing the shear lag effect of beams, stress distribution of main girder. Base on the fundamental principle, combining the characteristic of this bridge, choice the geometric reduced scale with n=40 and gravitational scale with m=1.The tinertoy of the bridge model completely simulate the construction process, researched the safety of structure and the stress of pier, tower and girder; researched the stress of controlled section and key part; researched the shear lag effect of girder and stress of girder by loaded; researched the structural strength and stiffness of structure by loaded in actual bridge state; validated the rationality of prestressing bundle's install scope, amplitude and quantitative; researched the effect of adjusting cable-force of stress and line type of structure.The theoretical basis of computer simulation is the theory of finite elements, this paper will use the finite element analysis software-- MIDAS/Civil modeling the calculation model, app the beam-case method to build the model of main girder to analyze the static test of construction process and actual bridge process. Building the local model and dispensing the boundary condition to research the stress of control section. At the same time, explain the methods of simulation of cable-force, grading construct process and loading.
