With the rapid development of the means of transportation in China, in order to enhance the monitor and management of transport, and keep the safety of people and goods, the Impact Register plays a very important role in the transport. So it is very important for the current technology and application to develop and produce the Impact Register, which can not only accord with the situation of our country, but also meet the technical capability and the functional requirements.In this paper, we put forward a new resolution of digital Impact Register according to the situation and trend of Impact Register in and out of China. At the same time, this resolution is combined with the new project of Changzhou Minking Electronic Co., Ltd. In the new project, the accelerometer model work as the front data acquisition, the central management will deal with these data; the clients can monitor the process of transport through the mobile phone real time, this function can be realized by the CDMA model.This design finished the basic function of the impact register base on DSP.First we elaborate the construction of the base of DSP embedded Impact Register system, which involving DSP, USB, CDMA and the embedded technology; In the hardware system design, the embedded DSP processor is the core .Elaborating emphatically the realization of central management, driving data acquisition, data storage and wireless data inquirement.Transplanting uClinux operating system to DSP processor, completed the USB driver base on the USB1.1 protocol, we realize the data storage. Finally, we discuss the issues encountered in the process of system debugging, and propose plan of further development. At present, this system has already debugged well, which has high practical value.
