The Study Of The Planning Measure Of Port Network System Of JiangSu

Ports are the fundamental industry of the national economy and play an important role in the integrated transportation system. Ports are the important strategical resource in the development of the national economy. As the starting-point and the end-point of the waterway transportation, ports are the largest links in the whole transportation chains. It is in the ascendant to produce and trade along the river .Ports play more and more important role in the development of the national economy.At present, JiangSu ports are confronted with the challenge of the shortage of the port capacity and the irrationality of the dock structure ,also the imbalance of the regional development . Developing at a great speed ,ports are restricted with shortage of resource and aggravation of competition. And the low-class constructions can lead to a waste of money and malignant competition. So it is an imminent issue to sketch out how to implement the sustained improvement of the JiangSu port along the Yangzi River and the sea.On the basis of a lot of paper researches and investigations ,this paper analyzes the present situation of JiangSu ports ,as well as the problems exist now .Then set forth the ideas about the port network's functions, as well as the port network system programming. Then it points out the aims and methods for JiangSu ports network system programming. Clustering analysis method with analytic hierarchy process was introduced to help the programming work in this paper.
