The Technology Investigation Of The Fault Diagnosis Apparatus Of SAGW Transmission Case And Digital Transaction

The Transmission Case is main component of the mobile. In the state of the mobile running in high speed, whether the Transmission Case can work in good condition even concern with the safety of the human. With the development of our country's mobile industrial, it is urgent to develop one kind of high performance fault diagnosis system of the Transmission Case. The study focused on the diagnosis area of the rotate machine is begin at 60 years of 20 century, being to today, with the development of the computer technology and the theory about diagnosis area become more deeper, it has ability to provide the stable base for development the new type of fault diagnosis system of the Transmission Case.This project is based on the work condition of the Transmission Case test line of SAIC Transmission Case factory. Though a lot of theory analysis and experiment on spot, We have successfully develop the SAGW new type of diagnosis system of the transmission case. Order analysis technology overcome the disadvantage of the tradition frequency analysis, completely solve the key technology of the feature signal acquired. At the same time, the new type of diagnosis system use the feature signal of the time domain to analyze the condition of the Transmission case, greatly enhance the credibility of the new apparatus. Through the application in the text line, the high performance is admitted by the customer.What is more important in this project is we successful develop the database system which is used on the new type of diagnosis apparatus. This database system can deal with a lot of signal transaction, during the study process. We develop the new technology that using the Labview SQLToolkit program module to update the table which attribute is "OLE project".In one word, this dissertation have discuss the various diagnosis instrument, through the test and experiment, successfully develop the new type of diagnosis apparatus of the transmission case, the database system ensure the whole program run in high efficiency and high credibility.
