During the study of Axle-Angle measuring system, This paper represents the survey on SOPC, In order to fulfill the application for high speed processing, precise measruing, and complicated controlling in system controlling. In the paper, a embedded system was implemented in a chip of Xilinx FPGA, by using embedded processor IP Core instead of general processor and replacing a Resolver-to-Digital ASIC with programing hardware arithmetic.Combining with the theory of Digital Signal Processing, this paper presents a new method of axle-angle measuring during the study of Axle-Angle sensor signal demodulation. The presenting method, compared to the traditional method, possesses some features such as high precision, fast converted speed, low cost, better practicability, etc. In the develop of FPGA hardware system, the system-level FPGA develop kit Xilinx System Generator was used This approach can converte Simulink theory model into VHDL code file straightly, thus it has the advantages of easy operation, smart design and high efficient in use. The designing system is fast and real-time.In simulation of the system, Link for Modelsim of Matlab is used. It breaks the barrier between hardware and software, and also accelerates the function verification. The experiment results indicate that the approach of co-simulation has the advantages of intuitionist result, easy operation and high efficient in use.
