Road traffic accident is one of most serious social effects of pollution in the world. The condition of road traffic accident becomes worse and worse, with the high speed development of automobile and transportation. The automobile possession quantity is rising continuously. As a result the traffic accident death rate increases constantly and keeps a high level. There have been about 106 thousand people dying of traffic accidents in 2001, 109 thousand people in 2002, 104 thousand people in 2003, 94 thousand people in 2004, and 99 thousand in 2005. The absolute number of the Chinese road traffic accident death has already occupied the first in the world for many years. The pedestrian impacted by vehicle accounts the high rate in our country traffic accident, about 27%. In these accident, the head injury, neck injury and curare injury accounts 70% of the sum dandification. The head and neck department damage is the main reason that causes personnel's death.In order to protect the pedestrian, we must research and analysis traffic accidents carefully, and reconstruct the traffic accidents. So research of reconstruction of traffic accidents is worthy and important. Recurring to the computer science we can review the vehicle-pedestrian collision, find out the reason the lead to accidents, and know the part injured. Reconstruction of accidents can provide a scientific foundation and numerical reference for protection of pedestrian.
