VRLA Battery widely apply in the electric power communication,finance,traffic important department as mothball power supply , VRLA Battery on the float charge mothball state in the peacetime, through alternating current(AC) communating and switching direct current(DC) to supply to load ,when AC miss or emergence occur, VRLA Battery is the only provider to load.In case VRLA Battery comeforth trouble ,Power supply system be faced with paralysis, cause equipments halt ,or other accident .In order to ensure power supply safety , VRLA Battery performance have upper request,for instance,afford instantaneous big current and upper capacity,so VRLA Battery performance monitor is indispensable .Paper according to VRLA Battery theory , performance parameter and invalidation mechanism, bring forward dynamic big current and static small current discharge combining VRLA Battery performance monitor method,at the same time monitor monomer VRLA Battery voltage ,temperature.Design VRLA Battery performance monitor system frame work ,including master module ,collection module,and discharge module.Paper mostly accomplish hardware and software design of master module.MSP430 series of singlechip Integrated Development Entironment(IDE) is IAR Embedded Workbench, programme overpass compile,utilize singlechip JTAG interface ,download programme to MSP430F449 FLASH memory ,make use of IAR C-SPY debugger hardware emulation .Debug system hardware departmental module,realize unitary function.System design RS232 and RS485 two communication interfaces ,fulfil system communication agility and remote control characteristic.
