Application Research On CAN Bus Technology In Car

The advantages and characters of CAN are discussed in detail. Based on CAN bus protocol, the paper indicates that a set of fault diagnosis system, which satisfies car security, has been proposed on the software application layer. Utilizing that diagnosis system, a system platform including production, configuration and after-sales management has been established. Then the paper introduces the procedure and key points of CAN bus software and hardware design. From basic CAN functional nodes, communication experiment is also carried out. At last, the paper points out the emphasis and technical problems of car bus research.
