The Research Of Application Of Network Technology In GMDSS

This paper analyses two models, B/S model and C/S model when settling the information management problem that there is in GMDSS-DSC system in detail, and compares their advantages and disadvantages. It is concluded that B/S model should be adopted when settling the problem that there is in GMDSS-DSC system. The key technologies such as design of Web Database, access to Web Database, network operating system, interconnection network, network security are also demonstrated. And point of view on first settling the problem of interconnection Local Area Network between GMDSS-DSC system and MIS is given when settling the problem that there is in GMDSS-DSC system. The typical example of settling the information management problem that there is in GMDSS-DSC system is given at last.
