Research On Network Platformization Operation Of Industrial Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance

In recent years,driven by the market and government,industry innovation alliances have been established in various fields,but due to lack of effective internal operation mechanism,the operation of alliances is not vigorous,and most of them have not reached the expectant cooperative innovation targets.The thesis uses Internet technology and Internet plus thought,put forward the operation mode of network platform and help to break down the cooperation barriers between members of the alliance,realize the effective operation of the alliance and improve the overall innovation benefit.First of all,the thesis summarizes previous research on the cooperation mechanism of alliance members,puts forward the basic principles of selecting partners of innovation alliance based on the actual research results.Using the related theories of network platform operation,the thesis explores the influence of network platform on partner selection principles.And using the social network analysis method to establish the social network diagram according to the basic principles before and after the network platform,meanwhile the correlation analysis software is used for the comparison and analysis.Secondly,this paper puts forward the index system of performance measurement based on the previous research on innovation performance and the actual research,and studies the influence of network platform on the overall innovation performance combined with the influence of network platform on the social network relations of the alliance.Finally,the thesis puts forward some suggestions on network platform construction according to the current situation and related problems of the new energy automobile industry technology innovation strategic alliance in Anhui province combined with the influence of network platform on the alliance social network and the overall innovation performance of the alliance.
