Study On Hangzhou Main City's Spatial Variation During The Tenth Five-year Based On Construction Projects

The objective tendency of city development is the basis of City Planning, and the implementation of construction projects is the concrete manifestation of a city's spatial development. At present the urban planning often pays attention to the existing condition of the city development and the projects compiles from bottom to top, lacking concrete description on the city development of the past years by the data of construction projects and grasps insufficiently about the objective law of city development. Along with the further consummation of the market economy system, the urban development is becoming much more complex. It's hard to make the right judgement on city development merely depending upon the existing condition and the qualitative ponder on city development of the past years, so it can't be the most effective in guiding the establishment or implementation of city planning.Based on this, the paper objectively inspects the implementation of construction projects in Hangzhou main city during the tenth five-year, analyzes the traits on data and function of the construction projects, establishes data model by visualization, and analyzes the spatial traits on the all or the different kinds of projects, then makes a systematic understanding about the course of the spatial variation based on the cognition of the objective situation of construction projects, the paper analyzes its reciprocity with the influence factors, summaries the objective law of construction objects development under the different visual angle, thus understands the intrinsic mechanism of spatial variation of the main city, including government policy, city function structure, land market, city planning, contraction executive etc. At last, considering the recent developmental tendency of Hangzhou main city, points out the direction of making more efforts for the city development, and proposes some strategy.
