Study On The Space Of Huizhou Traditional Human Settlement

Human Settlement is the most basic environment pattern of humanity and an important composition of local cultural system. As natural, social and histonrical influence, Huizhou human settlement shows many features different from other regions. In this paper, after introducing its local physical geography, culture and history, the author manage structuralism, behavior science and other theories to analyse the structure and the modality of space of Huizhou human settelement as a whole, in order to study its space features, mechanism and rationality. To study more minutely, the author then introduce the Hongcun traditional village in Yixian country, which has model features.By drawings, datum and a lot of pictures taken and drawed by author, this paper uses comparative analyse, sum up and cases to study this area on construct of space. Besides, it also analyses furtherly on peple's tastes and the daily behavior of local peple. Above all, the author compares those related informations in order to discuss the relationship between the structure of space and the order of human settlement, and to realize healthy, harmonious and sustaitalbe development of modern human settlent construction.
