The Landform Correlation Research On Spatial Forms Of Ancient Villages In Huizhou

The scale,density and distribution of settlements are obviously different due to the differences in natural conditions,socio-economic conditions,historical development and living habits.In addition,the relationship between settlements and the surrounding environment is closer than that of cities.The formation and development of settlement space form can not be separated from its specific geographical conditions,different geographical environment breeds different settlement space environment characteristics.Therefore,there is a close relationship between the physical space form of the village and the landform.According to the unique natural environment,Huizhou region has formed a distinctive pattern of villages.the author attempts to systematically discuss the formation of the traditional pattern of villages in Huizhou from the perspective of geography.This paper is divided into seven chapters,from the village space distribution,the whole space of the village monomer and the village internal space three spatial levels to explain the impact of landscape elements on the two-dimensional plane form of the village space.Firstly,according to the conditions of Huizhou's natural landforms,the traditional villages are divided into three categories according to the types of natural areas: plain,hilly,and mountainous,to study the distribution,shape,and scale of the village;then based on the micro-natural environment surrounding the village,The study of the morphological characteristics of 92 traditional villages was further divided into 6 types of landforms: plain,gentle hilly,steep hilly,hawthorn,ridge,and canyon.And select six typical traditional villages,analysis of the overall morphological characteristics and differences of the village,found that the more flat village topography,the easier to form large-scale settlement conditions,the village shape is more regular;Finally,the paper studies the form of the elements of the interior space of typical villages,and analyzes the influence of topography,water system,traffic and farming conditions on the interior space of villages.This paper summarizes the influence of different environmental gradients on the spatial form of Huizhou traditional villages,and provides the spatial form reference for the inheritance and development of Huizhou traditional villages.
