Study On Impact Experimentation Of Highway Grade Enhancement To Highway Transportation In Jilin Province

Traffic is the pilot and basic industry of the national economy. It holds an important position in economic and social development.Especially in highway construction and operation of expression is more obvious and highway construction investment accelerates GDP growth. The enhancement of highway grade impacts the transport economy greatly. The study visually revealed the impact of road grade increase to the transport economic.First, the paper analyzed the impact to highway added value. It includes the calculate method(expressions) of highway added vauleand the layered index system of impact evaluation,the impact of highway grade enhancement to vehicle fuel economy,tyre consumption,the service life of vehicle, traffic accidents, the economy of transport efficiency, benefits of congestion reducing. By using the interrelated statistical data of Jilin province in past years, combining the highway status and future development planning of Jilin, and using the correlation analysis methods analyzed the various indicators, predicted the total road traffic of the Jilin province in 2005-2010.Then, recorded the experimentation process and analyzed the experimentation data. The experimentation process and methods of vehicle fuel consumption, move time and speed experimentation were introduced detailly. It includes geography region partition,the choice of experimentation section,the choice of vehicle type and fuel standards,experimentation condition,experimentation requirements, experimentation indexes, experimentation methods and technical routes and so on. By analyzing to large numbers of experimentation data and chartes, the impact data of enhancement of highway grade to vehicle fuel consumption, vehicle move time and vehicle move speed were gained.And the efficiency estimates and analysis is the following. It processed and analyzed the gained data of experimentation in the western plains models, the hills of the central platform, heavy hill eastern mountain, calculaited the mean of fuel consumption and speed, cycling time according to vehicle type and region partition, come on the road grade increase impact to fuel consumption, vehicles moveing time. At the same time, the indirect social and economic benefits were described qualitatively.Among the final conclusion, the experimental study was summarized and put forward the problems in the paper.
