Study On Structure Design Of Rolling Concrete Pavement For Low Grade Highway

Roller compacted concrete is a kind of concrete which has low water cement ratio, low cement content and high bending strength. It needs vibrational rolling when it’s under construction. The most important feature of it is saving cement,improving construction speed, and does not require a template. Therefore, It’s more suitable for the construction of roller compacted concrete of low grade highway. Research on Roller Compacted Concrete Pavement of low grade highway is increasing day by day along with the rural traffic is more and more important.From the current research situation, the majority concentrated to the study of roller compacted concrete material, to low grade highway rolling concrete pavement structure research are less, the reasonable pavement structure is an important guarantee for long-term use of the road. On the basis of Sichuan Province Cangxi county science and technology project "rural highway rolling concrete pavement research", carry on research to the structure of roller compacted concrete pavement of low grade highway.Combined with the characteristics of low grade highway pavement structure, according to the former research results and construction experience, the author firstly from the material properties of roller compacted concrete, the test method, focusing on the roller compacted concrete flexural strength, flexural modulus and shrinkage effects on performance of pavement structure design. Secondly, the establishment of low grade highway rolling concrete pavement load stress and temperature stress model, using the MIDAS FEA software of three-dimensional finite element simulation of vehicle load and temperature load, the road was found, the most unfavorable load position pavement in longitudinal joint edge. Finally, through the analysis of range, the design parameters of the load stress and temperature stress influence. In the pavement shall be above the force analysis of the base, according to the low grade highway construction obtain raw material locally when the principle of roller compacted concrete pavement, this paper designed a low grade highway typical structure of graded broken stone, two ash stabilized three common crushed stone and cement stabilized gravel base.In this paper, according to the material characteristics of roller compacted concrete and roller compacted concrete construction experience before, put forward the technology of roller compacted concrete pavement construction and problems which need to attention. And the key technology, the construction of roller compacted concrete including:roller compacted concrete workability control, flatness control, treatment of construction joint and paving completed health and opening to traffic problems, in order to provide reference for the construction of roller compacted concrete.
