Studies On Planning Strategy Of Renewal And Development Of City Village In Xi'an

From the perspective of urban development history, urban spatial development is so fast during the rapid urbanization of the big city in recent years, which accelerates to the formation of city village and arouses various social and economic issues that affect the city development. Author adopts the urban regime theory to analyzes various problems about city village renew and development, and thus provides many methods which can solve some problems in the renewal and development of city village.This thesis is achieved by using the theories of urban planning and architecture, combined with other related disciplines including sociology, economics, ecology and urban history. At the same time, the author analyzes the reasons of the formation, features, and the crucial problems. The author adopts many methods to solute various elements during the process of renew and development, such as strategic and comprehensive, long-term and dynamical. In addition, for dealing with these problems, author suggests the model and renewable ways that are suitable to the development of Xian. Firstly, the thesis discusses the background and significance of renew, and then put forward the emphasis issues of city village. Secondly, by pointing out the character, reasons, and the existing problems, author think that it is necessary to renew the current city villages. At the same time, it is listed a lot of experience of many cities in our country. From the aspect of urban planning, the main part of the article point out the target system, strategies and ways to renew city villages. Finally, by introducing a practical illustration, this paper aims to contribute to a more detailed model and summarize the experience, what's more, this paper gives several feasible strategies which make city village sustainable renewal and development.
