Along with the development of the national economy, demand of people to the reliability supplying electricity is more and more high, for the important power outages allowed occasions call with two road power to ensure the reliability of power supply, this requires that a kind of equipment which can reliable transfer between power supply. As a continuous power supply of protection, ATSE has been widely used in various important occasions.Summary saying, simple, reliable, safe is the ATSE most basic request, the reliable break, transfer, through is the ATSE core. ATSE more than 70% of the fault appeared on the controller, not the switch body; the quality of the controller is very important to entire ATSE reliability. ATSE should promote technical step forward, it is necessary to design advanced stability controller, selection of Digital Signal Processor (DSP) as intelligent controller core, can make the system with features of high speed and high reliability, and it is superior place to replace Single Chip Microcomputer by DSP.The paper in studies ATSE the present situation and in the trend of development foundation, in order to enhance ATSE the system performance, develops its application domain, the convenient user use, the maintenance and the operation, enable it to have high performance, reliability, intellectualization and security, studied and designed a kind based on DSP digital ATSE, this equipment hardware used the TMS320LF2407A chip which TI Corporation produced is the core, the software uses the assembly language and the C language programming, might set up each operating mode and the time parameter nimbly, when the main power supply broke down, could complete between the commonly used power supply and the emergency power supply transformation accurately according to the transformation procedure, thus maximizing the power supply to ensure continuity.Compares with the traditional Single Chip Microcomputer system, the DSP core for digital signal processing system, its data-processing speed is quick, has good programmable real-time characteristics; The hardware and the software connection is convenient, it can with other digital systems or equipment compatibility; Develops conveniently, may nimbly carries on the revision and the promotion through the software to the system characteristic and the application goal; Has the good system robustness, the reliability is high; Easy to realize the system integration, may provide the high standards. From this enables this equipment to have high precision, quick speed, high reliability, and high integration rate, interface convenience, flexibility and so on the merits.
