With the development of all wheel drive technology,the transfer case controller as an electronic control unit for switching the drive mode of the car,its quality directly affects the handling and driving safety of this all wheel drive vehicle.Its production and inspection cycle affects the delivery of the entire vehicle progress,so the detection of the transfer case controller is essential.However,the traditional transfer case controller manual detection instruments have a number of obvious shortcomings,such as low automation,low detection,and cannot meet all the detection needs of the inspector.How to improve the detection efficiency of the transfer case controller,increase the degree of automation,reduce human involvement,and make the detection content more comprehensive have become the key.This project aims at realizing the automatic detection of transfer case controller.The development and research of automatic detection system of transfer case controller is carried out.The research contents are as follows:(1)Analyzing the detection process of the traditional transfer case controller manual detection system,finding the deficiencies,and proposing a new programmable automatic detection method.Analyzing and sorting out the input and output signals of the transfer case controller,determining the detection content of the transfer case controller,and designing the system lower computer of the new automatic detection method according to the detection content.Building the motor model and electromagnetic clutch model,simulating and analyzing,and determining the resistance value of the analog resistance of the shift motor and electromagnetic clutch.(2)Analyzing the information of the interaction between the upper computer and the lower computer of the automatic detection system,and designing the automatic detection instruction set of the upper and lower computer of the programmable automatic detection system.A CAN communication protocol for the upper and lower computer of automatic detection system is designed.(3)Based on the LabVIEW development platform,developing the upper computer software of the automatic detection system,including the detection mode selection module,custom detection command module,automatic control signal display module,manual control module,feedback information module,CAN communication real-time display module,the result display module and report printing module.Implementing programmable automatic detection,determination of test results,storage and manual detection.(4)Using the virtual lower computer to complete the debugging of the automatic detection system,building an automatic detection system test platform,performing actual detection of the transfer case controller,and verifying the function of the automatic detection system.The test results show that the automatic detection system of the transfer case controller can realize automatic detection of the transfer case controller,reduce the manual participation of the operator,largely avoid the influence of human factors on the test work,and have high detection efficiency.The test results are more accurate.
