Study On Logistics Distribution Cente Design

After the 1990s, we can easily find the logistics is important to the economy of the country. The logistics which connected the manufactures and the market could promote the industrial productivity greatly. It also meets the requirements of the society. A great number of Logistics centers designed for different usage have been appearing in China today, with the development of the national economy and the high way network. In this circumstance, we have established numbers of logistics centers.However some of them could not fit for the requirement of the logistics owners, a few of them could harm for the logistics efficiency improving, because of some mistakes made by the planners and architects during the process of the logistics center design. In a word, to find a proper way to change this situation of the logistics center is urgent to each architect.In this article the author mainly focuses on the planning and architectural design for logistics center in China today. The author has investigated a number of the logistics centers located in the city of Hefei, Shanghai and Suzhou. Analyzes the typical problems of the logistics storage facilities and summarizes the characteristics of them, finally finds the principles of the logistics center designment and planning. The author also announces the idea of the transmission space in the storage facilities in logistics center designment. At the end of this article, the author looks into the future of the trend of logistics center design, and testifies the conclusions through the analysis of examples.
