Design And Application Of New Type Engine Hot Test Product Line

Hot-test feeding line of Dong'an engine 210 shop is mainly to accomplish salver feeding and hot running of all kinds of prototype(front and rear-driven series). It can also be used to pack engines. The feeding line adopts horizontal annular setting, provides flexible feeding and rubs roller to feed salver. There are two type of feeding line, single-layer line and double-layer line. Single-layer line provides engines which are about to test for 16 hot-test equipment; Double-layer line use elevators of both sides to circulate salver. The rear end of double-layer line is packing line for engine. Electric control system of feeding line applied advanced bus-mastering technology and realized highly automated control system which can supervise working state from end to end. Hot-test equipment can collect important test data automatically for example time of engine running,oil-temperature,oil-pressure,water-temperatur,rotate-speed etc.According to the disadvantage of low automatiction degree and lag detection methods in the traditional test experimentation. This paper emphasize on analysing the classical malfunctions phenomenons, causes of producing and influencing factors by the test of engine and according to these classical malfunctions phenomenons, causes of producing and influencing factors, it provides some indispensable diagnosis methods and control measures for fast removing malfunction by the model selection ,the optimized layout and improvement on test devices.
