| Three-axis turntables are the key equipments for ground semi-physical flight simulation of missiles and other flying devices and they are used to simulate rolling,yawing and pitching attitude changes of space motion for aero craft. Hence they are widely used in the design of aeronautics, aerospace and national defenses. As a kind of high accuracy equipment, the dynamic characteristics of frameworks will directly influence the reliability of the dynamic simulation. It is very important to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the mechanical framework in the structural design.Based on the finite element analysis of theory, this thesis adopts the popular mechanical analysis method to analyze three-axis turntable. Based on the results of finite element analysis, some modified ideas are put forward.Firstly, the paper analyzes the mechanical structural characteristics of the turntable and simplifies structure of turntable' parts. The analytic computational model is created for structure analysis by using large general-purpose finite element analysis software-ANSYS10.0 after analyzing the mechanical characters of turntable.Secondly, presents the static and dynamic calculation is made on the turntable. During the static analysis, the load is disposed as force to be added to the corresponding nodes of the model, and we obtain static deformation and stress of the turntable. During the dynamic analysis, loads are considered as mass, and they are added to the corresponding nodes of the model. After computed, we gain the natural frequencies and vibration modal. The design scheme of turntable can be evaluated by solutions of the analysis.At last, according to the results by finite element method and some modified ideas are presented. At the same time, to conform to the requirements of static and dynamic characteristic, the modified design scheme of turntable can be evaluated by solutions of the analysis.
