The system of engine control guiding is the guarantee of the train running in high speed, safety and arriving on time. Compared with other countries in the world, the high-speed railway in our country has many specialities. For example, the freight is in high density and high speed, the trains of high speed and middle speed run in mix, the passenger train and goods train run in mix, the changes of gradient is capricious, the speed limit section intersect, the train is an inertia system of large lag in timing. These characters demand a lot for engine control guidence.This paper analysed the railway system of our coutry and studied the monitor and control system of the train. On the base of that, we designed the system of engine control guiding and ground data processing,which are based on the technique of computer, communication and software.The system of engine control guiding expands the function of LKJ2000 monitor device. It can be devided into hardware and software. The hardwares are mainly made up of a PC104 mainboard and some other functional boards. It communicates with the monitor device and get information from it, for example speed of the train, press of the pipe, speed of the diesel engine, signal state, via the double CAN field bus. At the same time, some data about the railway, for example kilometer coordinate of signals, the ground gradient data, has been load into the mainboard beforehand. The data are displayed along with moving of the train. Except for the railway data, the guiding information is displayed on real time which is calculated through the current railway section and current running data of the train. That is to display guiding handle and speed curve.What I have done in this subject include:(1) Studied LKJ2000, the mostly used monitor device on train, analyzed the foundation establishment of the railway and the hardware and the function request of the monitor device, which offers bases for software writting.(2) Record data processing software is written. This software process files produced by engine control guiding system and monitor device. The processed files are displayed in the form of graphics and reporting mode , which can be used to analyse the validity of engine control guiding system's guiding to the driver. (3) In order to resolve the problem of displaying and refreshing speed of curve, memory mapping file,compatible device context and pointer chain are researched. First record data are read to memory and pointed to by the pointer chain, then draw them to the compatible DC, finally copy the picture in compatible DC to the view.(4) In order to display the data of guiding records and monitor records distinctly, choose the derived class CTreeView and CListView of CView as the base class of our view, then design tree view and report view to display the record data.
