Transformer is one of the most important equipments in power system, its running state has meant a lot for power distribution reliability. At present, the state monitoring on transformer major by the means of relay protection and scheduled maintenance to make the transformer maintenance. But this mode affects the reliability of the electric network, and it only supply the lagging information of fail transformer, cann't meet the need of the state monitoring on transformer. With the extensive use of internet, the computer technology and network technique develop fast, the supervisory controlling technique becomes more and more importmant.With the requirement of state monitoring on transformer, this subject develops a software system of monitoring the status on transformer's windings through calculating the windings' resistance and inductance of transformer which is the most easily went wrong.Through the signal collection device to realize monitoring the voltage value and current value of original side and subsidiary side of transformer, calculate the resistance and leakage inductance of transformer's windings to determine the deformed condition of windings in this paper.On the site of transformer, based on completed the program of data communication and parameter interface display, using reliable TCP/IP communication agreement, well compatibility Socket interface and client/server mode, using asynchronous edition of Socket function, adopting operation circumstance of Windows message drive mechanism, directly using Winsock API and MFC CSocket to write network program, realizing the program development with the supervisory controlling function between client and server.In this paper, disporting the whole software system to locale data communication module and supervisory controlling module, dividing the software system into more module, introducing the programdesign of locale serial port data communication,network communication connect,various supervisory controlling modules, analyzing the RTP/UDP data transmission problem and establishing the data transmission parameter scheme, designing the appropriate,friendly interface display, completing the software system of monitoring the status on transformer's windings.The software system in this paper was exploited in practical engineering in power system, under the power LAN, as the real time operation and control for center,operating convenience,shortcut, adaptable, has the preferable application outlook.
