The test after servicing is a very important means which holds the quality of servicing for armored vehicle. 96-Tank is the war tank of our army in the next period of future. Its more advanced gun-controlling system requires more advanced testing method after servicing. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a more advanced test-bed for 96-Tank gun-controlling system.The paper first introduces the researching background and the significance of the system, then brings out the goal which the test-bed will be achieved, including the examination of autoloading shell system, the three parts of gun-controlling system and system performance. The main aim of the paper is to design a data acquisition system for the system performance test. And the physical parameters needed testing in examination of system performance are presented, including operating artillery speed in two orientation, excursion, over-adjusting, rigidity, and lopsided torque. The methods for measuring the parameters are designed. The main task of the paper is introduced in detail, including the designing and anti-jamming method of the singlechip circuit, the communication between singlechip and managing computer, the plotting of the PCB schematic, the designing of the singlechip program, the designing of the managing program of the computer and the debug of the total system.The data acquisition system is composed of two subsystems, one is signal collecting system by singlechip, the other is managing and controlling system by computer in the back stage. The signal collecting system by singlechip collects the physical parameters of gun-controlling system and accomplishes the controlling operating which needed in collecting data. The paper introduces the every part of the singlechip. The key component is a AT89C52 CPU, its surrounding circuits include DC power source, simulating signal collecting circuit, controlling circuit, communicating circuit, and some other circuits. The circuit diagram andcircuit board diagram are plotted with drawing software--Protel 99 SE. The paper bringsforward some problems needed pay attention to in circuit designing. And the circuit board is made according to circuit diagram.According to the function of the circuit, the paper designs the program of the singlechip system particularly. The program is composed of dada collecting program, communicating program, controlling program. The flow chart of the program is given. The skill and the step programming with C are discussed.The computer in the back stage controls the singlechip collecting data by RS232 bus. The data is also transmitted to computer by RS232 bus. The paper develops a managing program with VB language. The managing program includes following functions: communicating with singlechip, dealing with the data from the singlechip, foundation of the database, the display of the data, scanning and printing test report. The paper introduces the benefit of the VB, and gives the picture of the program. In the same time it discusses the communicating protocol, and designs the database.The paper makes a whole test of the hardware and the software of the system, and analyzes the benefits and defects. At last the paper gives the further developing plans according to the present questions.
