In our country, the influence on urban industrial spatial structure by institution change is more typical and representative. So analyze the institution change is better for taking investigation on industry spatial structure and optimizing it than analyze residential spatial structure and commercial spatial structure.Firstly, this passage analyzes the institution factors that influence the urban industry spatial structure.
