Although CFB boilers possess advantages such as suitability for types of coal, high combustion efficiency, low pollution as well as good performance of control, the abrasion of water-wall is very severity, which impact the safe and economic operation of unit. The thesis has further studied on abrasion mechanism of the water-wall and the influence factors and carried on the examination to the abrasion condition of our company's #1 CFB boiler water-wall, meanwhile analyzed the abrasion characteristic of the water-wall.Proposed anti-abrasion technology of water-wall, and implemented the synthesis anti-abrasion measures to the water-wall tubes. Carried on the contrast analysis to the abrasion condition of water-wall before and after adopting anti-abrasion technology. Result is indicated that the measure has well resolved the serious problem of water-wall abrasion, realized the stability operation of the boiler, whose economy and social benefits are notable.
