The Research Of Production Management System On Product Design And Manufacture In Heterogeneous Environment

With the development of computer network technology, especially the widespread application of the Internet/Intranet technology, the inner and outer environment of the design, manufacture and communication of enterprises and the cooperation means of business between enterprises and suppliers have changed greatly, which provide a new platform for long-distance concurrent Machinery product design and manufacture. It is feasible and necessary to share and exchange the resource of mechanical design and manufacture, and to realize the resource sharing, combination and optimization by the Internet/Intranet technology.During the information era, the rapid development of information technology represented by network technology brings great impact and challenge to the traditional manufacturing industry. So the information-based manufacturing is the only way of the development of manufacturing industry. This is the idea firstly presented in this dissertation.As the important modules of enterprise resource planning system, production management system can not only assure the scientificity, predictability and veracity of production planning, and the promptitude, rationality and economy of purchase, but also enhance the level of enterprise management and strengthen the competitive ability. So it is of great theoretic and practical importance to study the production management system of ERP system. Under the basic background of the information-based manufacturing, production management based on network is chosen as the touch-in point of the research on information-based manufacturing in this dissertation.The dissertation performs wide investigation and analysis of the whole company and describes the operation flow chart, data flow chart and function flow chart of the system in details by using for reference of the advanced management thought and the structure of the ERP manufacturing management system for reference. The Case tool for database modeling is also used, and the applicant built the data model of the manufacturing management system. In addition, design and implementation of Dynamic Authority Assignment are discussed, which setting a solid basis for the whole software.The system is realized with some dynamic web techniques such as Java, JSP and developed with the framework of MVC model architecture. This system is an integration of many function modules, realizing the non-gap connection between network and business flows of production control, so that it can provide the important technical support to make scientific, secure and network distributed management of enterprise production control management.
