The pumping station project is one of effective measures which could resolve the global three problems about water resource such as flood disaster, drought and water shortage and the deterioration of the water environment, which bear the important task of regional flood control, waterlogging, irrigation, Water Transfer and Water Supply, and mainly be used in farm irrigation and drainage, urban water and wastewater and interbasin water transfer. The pumping station project play the vital role that couldn't be replaced in reasonable attempering and administering water resource. With the East-Route South-to-North Water Transfer Project is implemented, large-scale pumping stations will play a more important role in Water Conservancy Project, at the same time higher and higher demands on operating reliability of the electromechanical equipment is required, so the thorough study on reliability of the large-scale pumping stations system is urgently needed.In this paper, reliability index and various of reliability models are introduced firstly, which include reliability model of repairable system and Preventive Maintenance system. According to four large-scale pumping stations longterm running condition, reliability index is calculated detailedly. Then, calculate and analyse the reliability of the motor and pumping system , Water Pilot Bearings, Monitoring Host Computer, microcomputer excitation, microcomputer protection System and software system of the pumping station with reliability models.Contrapose the rapid developmenting actuality and importance of the automatic monitoring system, taking automatic monitoring system of Jiangdu Pumping Station 1 as example, construct the hardware and software of pumping station monitoring system reliability models after its function and structure of system are analysed. Then calculate the reliability index of the monitoring system, but results of calculation is not ideal, which is because that the assemblage of complicated advanced equipment cause to a high failure rate. Following that , analyze the PLC sub-system of monitoring system, microcomputer thermometric instrument sub–system, microcomputer protection sub-system and communication network sub-system in detail, point out the methods that could improve the system reliability of monitoring system, which are summarized as following:1 Electrical source of the PLC, external wiring, Anti– Interference and Grounding Design2 The connection of Temperature Sensor, the input and output system and software3 Anti– Interference design of microcomputer protection, grounding of the equipment, software and fault - tolerance design4 Network of net-work communication system, preventing Attacks of virus and software patch, safe strategy and Encrypt TechnologyThrough above measures, security and reliability of pumping station system should be improved. |
