With the development of the morden network technology,people stay indoor longer. It will be more serious that improper indoor building environment and decoration, repair harm health. So ,it's most important to construct safety and comfortable indoor micro-habitat for life and health.On the elementary theories of Ecology,Environmental Science, Architecture Environmentology and Environmental Geography,from constructing healthy indoor micro-habitat ,this paper studies and analyses the concept and significance of indoor micro-habitat, the factor of the outside and indoor environment.The author conciders the outside environment of the healthy indoor micro-habitat should include geological hydrology environment,sunshine environment, afforested environment,ourdoor sound environment, atmospheric environment and so on;the good indoor factor include reasonable design and arrangement of the spatial yardstick, decoration, repair material,green plants' purification function, light environment,indoor sound environment, ventilation way.The harmonious indoor and outdoor environment is the base of healthy indoor micro-habitat,the important safeguard of human's health life.From the whole environment,the relation of the indoor and outdoor environment is close because matter and energy mobile and exchange between them.Simultaneously, the outdoor and indoor environment is different, for example, their material composition,the kind of the pollutant and the effect to human are very distinct.so,the research method and the harness technique should be different.
