Research On Region Flood Control Planning Of Yantianwai River

Cities in our country nearly all nearby the rivers,lakes,sea, they are subject to varying threat of flooding . Flood have seriously affected people's normal production and life along the river . While urbanization develops rapidly , urban flood prevention and mitigation infrastructure construction lags behind , the more economy is developed , the greater the losses caused by flood , Economic development needs reliable flood control security system . Scientific and rational flood control plannings are essential.The fundamental thought of flood control planning must realize a change from flood controlling to flood management , according to city function and infrastructure characteristic , administer flood and waterlogging simultaneously , combine structural and non-structural measures , forming integrated flood prevention and mitigation system , pay great attention to the relations of person and flood , must restrain flood and activities of human being both .In this article , the emphases of the region flood control planning are the drainage design of Yantianwai River in Qingdao . As the main spillway river of Liuting industrial park , being influenced by the flood of Baisha River and Moshui River and tidal wave , the present flood control standard of Yantianwai River is comparatively low , so Yantianwai River is easy to poor drainage . Establishing flood control standards on the compounding of the flood and tidal wave , two kinds of design projects were adopted to research .Study shows that the major influence factor is the flood of Baisha River and Moshui River , the effect of tidal wave is relatively little . Now , the lower reaches of Baisha River and Moshui River have not been governed , which affects gravely the flood control security of Yantianwai River , solution strategies and measures are given on this basis.
