| With the suggestion of the concept of ecological water conservancy and modern water conservancy, the field of water conservancy requires innovations to implement sustainable development. It is exigent and necessary to build and explore the research type teaching and learning system of the water conservancy discipline in the reform of colleges and universities teaching and learning system.The research type teaching and learning system is the system,in which teaching and learning and scientific research are integrated, teaching and learning and scientific research are mutually penetrative and have in substance compatibility. It advocates brand-new teaching ways,methods and brand-new content of courses,supervisor mode and teaching and learning assurance system from the selection of teaching and learning courses to the teaching methods of classroom,from the cultivation of student's innovative thinking culture to building the teams of teachers, from the individuality teaching means to teaching and supervising system, from management on the student to students' studying and scientific research in self's own ability , and so on.Analysing the theoretical fundamental of the research type teaching and learning system and discussing the teaching and learning system in research type colleges and universities in USA, the characteristics of he research type teaching and learning system of water conservancy discipline are generally expatiated. According to the current situation of our country's higher education management, this paper builds the management frame for the research type teaching and learning system of the water conservancy discipline based on high education management. This paper attempts to set up the concrete research type teaching and learning strategy and put it in practice.This paper presents a concrete heuristic teaching and learning case that Hohai University has been implementing the research type teaching and learning. From the case, the research type teaching and learning system of the water conservancy discipline has the breakthrough and practical value. At the same time,the case shows that the important purpose of the research type teaching and learning system is to cultivate innovative talents for the water conservancy discipline and a new research type teaching and learning method and pattern is proposed in water conservancy colleges and universities teaching system. |
