With the high speed development of national economy and the unceasing growthof electrical load, our country electrical power system, specifically, the electricalpower distribution system obtained the considerable development. The structure ofelectrical power distribution system get complex day by day. The change of powersupply way get more and more frequent, the way of power supply get more and moreflexible, therefore merely relies on operator's experience to carry on the dispatch andthe management of the distribution network become more and more difficult.Through the distribution network construction, Not only may help the operator tomake the best decisions more scientific and timely, but may display the existingequipment potential fully, enhances economical level and reliability of the powersystem.The reconfiguration algorithm needs to change the way of network operationconstantly to search optimal network construction with satisfying objective functions.The save and search of network data is arranged by the depth first search strategy, Analgorithm applied on radiating network power flow is proposed which does not relyon the node and the leg serial number order.In the process of search optimal network structure, the principle of synchronousswitch is used for TS to optimize in the code tactics and the minimization of activepower loss is used as the objective function. The presented method is conducted bytypical testing system, the calculation result show that the new method possessesbetter search efficiency. and dependability.
