The access of Distributed Generation(DG)provides a new opportunity for modern electric power supply.Distributed power can be installed in the vicinity of the users,saving power grid construction costs,decreasing transmission the loss of power grtid,and in the meantime,it will improve the following aspects of power systems :power supply reliability,stability and flexibility.However,it brings new problems for the exsting safe operation of the power system,and there are some issues still need to be resolved.Based on the optimal configuration of distributed power supply and the minimum network loss of distribution network with distributed power supply,make these two aspects as objective functions.This research focuses on the optimization of distribution network with distributed power supply.The main research contents are as follows:(1)This research briefly introduce the distributed distribution network planning model and optimization algorithm,and emphasizesd the related theories of traditional tabu search algorithm,the key parameters and calculation flow of tabu search algorithm are discussed in detail,the the advantages and disadvantages of traditional tabu search algorithm in distribution network planning are summarized.(2)The optimization precision of the tabu search algorithm rely heavily on the initial solution.When the initial solution is not perfect enough,it will fall into the local optimization disadvantage.After inreased the traditional tabu search algorithm,and the branch exchange method is introduced in the tabu search algorithm.The DG-based distribution network planning mathematical model with the minimum network loss as the objective function realizes the global optimal configuration of DG capacity and location,it can provide support for decision makers to select multiple solutions.(3)The improved tabu search algorithm is used to analyze the example.Thispaper select the standard IEEE-33 node distribution network test system and IEEE-69 node distribution network system as examples to analyze the particle swarm optimization algorithm,genetic algorithm,tabu search algorithm and improvement.The convergence of the tabu search algorithm in planning analysis and the comparison of the node voltage of the distribution network before and after improvement verify the feasibility of the improved tabu search algorithm in distribution network planning(4)Combined the established mathematical model with the actual situation of HF County,and combine the demand growth situation of HF county electricity demand,improve the planning and construction plan for the distribution network of the “13th Five-Year” distribution network of HF County,to ensure the reliable power supply of the distribution network.To reach promote the quality improvement of distribution network development.Through improving the traditional tabu search algorithm,it overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional tabu search algorithm,improves and optimizes the HF county distribution grid structure,improves the power supply capacity of the distribution network,improves the reliability of power supply,reduces network loss,and ensures urban distribution.The network is coordinated with the urban social and economic development and the development of the large power grid.For purpose of achieve a good integration of distributed generation and distribution network,it provides a practical optimization algorithm. |
