| The inductively coupled plasma spectrum instrument is a large-scale high resolution analysis device which based on the atomic spectrum analysis method. It integrates the optics, mechanics, the electronics, the computer altogether and mainly used in analyzing and measuring the micro content element (K, Na, Fe ect.) and rare-earth element (Pt, Co, Pb etc.) in materials.Required by the production and the scientific research, the new task and problem was proposed to the chemical analysis continually, such as the determination of trace amount in the specimen; the test of trace amount of agricultural chemicals remnant in food and the determination of more than 20 kind of amino acids in the protein and the extrapolation of their arrangement ordinal. The classical chemical analysis method and the instrument can adapt the new request no longer, so the spectral analysis method and the instrument develop gradually.In this thesis, the commercial inductively coupled plasma spectrum control system has been developed and designed. This method based on the foundation of the lucubration in atomic emission spectrum theory. The optimal scheme has been decided by comparing the related projects of inductively coupled plasma spectroscope instruments all over the world. That this system has an independent intellectual property and can be manufactured domestically makes us entitled to compete with the foreign products.The single channel scanning inductively coupled plasma spectrum is based on the project which using the multiplier phototube as the photo-electricity transform, the step motor as the chief fractionized drive and embedded system as the core of controlling has many merits, e.g. better stability, wider wavelength measurement and so on, furthermore , the instrument has a lower price and higher performance.According to the theory of photo-electricity transform, the characteristic of multiplier phototube has been lucubrated. The requirement in the magnifying of trivial signals and designing filter was discussed, the feasible design blue print is given out and the final product has been developed. The research will give guides for the people who are developing instrument and engaged in the designing of embedded system. |
