Developing along with electronic techniques and computer techniques, it is an inevitable trend to the automatization of electrical motor testing detection. Adopting automatic device can reduce the heavy testing workload for test clerks, improve experimental efficiency greatly and offer reliable assurance for improving product quality. The focus studied both at home and abroad is digital automatic test systems at present, which can control testing process, gather and deal with testing data, record and show measurement result.According to the latest standard of country about electrical motor test, this paper introduces experimental methods, experimental procedures, calculation of result, and drawing of characteristic curve. It is important to measure electric parameters in electrical motor testing detection, and this thesis develops an instrument for measuring electric parameters that makes use of high performance Digital Signal Controller (DSC), and specifies hardware design and software design about the instrument briefly. Meanwhile, software is written in addition on instrument, which realizes detection of motor commutator working with computer, and involved algorithm is put forward; it is also realized to detection about adjusting linearity to the stator of submersible motor based on the above, and it is placed emphasis on specifying measurement principium.Automated device don't leave away from computer control, upper computer software are designed for delivery test and prototype test, commutator detection, and detection about adjusting linearity to the stator of submersible motor respectively, which include data communication, data processing, data transmission, and improve detection efficiency.As to motor delivery test and prototype test, it is satisfied requirement of real-time performance that utilizes serial port to realize communication between measurement instrument and upper computer. This thesis uses professional and developable software package PComm Library for treating serial port communication that is supplied by Taiwan MOXA Ltd and offers a good many functions to deal with serial communication. As to detection of motor commutator and adjusting linearity of stator, the amount of data transmission is more than the former, and this thesis uses USBCAN intelligent interface card to realize communication between CAN bus and upper computer in order to assure data not lose, which is supplied by Guangzhou ZhouLigong single-chip Ltd. It is placed emphasis on design of database on upper computer software, and Access database of Microsoft is used in this paper, at the same time, using ADO way, which is good for compatibility, accesses it. It is required to make each serial electrical motor test record and certification of fitness, and report format is complicated; consequently, a method of data imported Excel is put forward, and users can make report that you yourself want and it is good for flexibility.The device can get result at test scene, and it forms an automated and intelligent detection system including all kinds of measurement instruments and upper computer. It is proved that the device has high precision and is easy to operate in practice. Design scheme discussed in this paper is valuable for improving automated detection level.
