Truck Using Rare Earth Permanent Magnet Isg Controller

ISG , also called ISA(Integrated Starter Alternator) or IMA(Integrated Motor Assist), is the abbreviation for the integrated starter-generator. The ISG technology, based on the modern motor technology, the theory of Automatic control, the advanced electric power and electronic technology, now is recognized as one of the advanced technologies for future vehicle. In order to meet the special real-time control performance with high precision and large ability, this paper has designed and finished the Digital Controller for the REPM (Rare Earth Permanent Magnet) ISG, used the special Digital Signal Processor (DSP) made in Texas Instrument for Motor control, analyzed the control strategy and discussed the power inverter circuit, special isolated-switched DC-DC power supply, completed related hardware testing. Because of the reason of REPM Motor manufacture, the paper first have accomplished the control for 3-phase AC induction motor using constant V/Hz principle and space vector PWM (SVPWM) technique. The test results verify that the controller have the ability to be used to REPM ISGAnd now, the control of REPM ISG used the DSP controller is on executing.
