With lots of virtues: solid structure, high reliability and efficiency, good fault-tolerance, low cost etc, Switched Reluctance Motor (SRM) has been used in many fields now, such as transportation, aeronautics, electronic household appliances and industries.As its special structure and operate mode,traditional off-line simulation can not satisfy the need of system design.There is an increasing demand for online simulation.Real- time simulation methods used in electric drive control system based on dSPACE are presented. The switched reluctance motor control system is taken to evaluate real time simulation based on RCP, which describes the process of online simulation.Firstly design control strategy, then the real-time C codes for controller, sensor and controlled systems model can be directly generated, compiled, linked, downloaded to and executed in the target hardware.Lastly tune the control parameter online so as to adjust the performance of real-time system. Task accomplished mainly followes:Firstly, the principle of switched reluctance motor and dSPACE platform are presented.Overview the development condition ,character and structure of switched reluctance motor.Discuss systemly the choose of converter.Then introduce in detail the system of dSPACE hardware platform and development step.Based on the nonlinear theory of switched reluctance motor, too simple model is not fit to be applied into practical projects. The thesis presents a nonlinear model on the basis of SRM's basic theories and the actual magnetization curves.Considering to the torque and efficiency, the effect of control parameters on the whole system is analysed by simulation and optimization.Then aim at a three phase 12/8 motor, in order to ensure excellent performance of motor whether low speed or hign speed, this paper brings in fuzzy controller, and studies it deeply.The simulation shows fuzzy controller remain good control effect during broad range.Whether raising speed or decelerating speed, speed follows up the given value.Speed can stablize soon when adding or removing load suddenly.Lastly, the hardware design and software program of switched reluctance motor based on dSPACE platform are presented in detail. Use PI controller and fuzzy controller on SRD and provide experimental results .It shows adopting real-time simulation can carry out parallel work, reduce development time and cost., posses good rapidity and reliability.It can carry out close-loop test instead of real controller when development and test stage.This novel method offers a new thought way for designing and testing similar electric drive control system.
