Over a long period of time engineers use ball firing to check whether the parts of automatic gun can fulfill its requirement, but the ball firing can only determine the characters of the parts of automatic gun and unable acquire quantitative parameters especially the optimization parameter of the parts of automatic gun. The optimization parameter which be acquired through advanced test equipment can ensure automatic guns work correctly and be used to forecast their life-span.Ammunition link which is main part of automatic gun to feed shells commonly be designed by experience and the ball firing. Sometimes it needs repeat time after time to chieve the production's requirement. One of the important reasons is that we are short of means to dynamic simulate their mechanics performance parameter.When ammunition link works, the pull-off-force is the macroscopic physical performance. If we can acquire its dynamic pull-off-force through laboratory artifice, it will provide a economical and quick test method for design, manufacture, check and accept to ammunition link. The aim of the paper is to realize the test to dynamic pull-off-force of ammunition link through analyzing its character and using a proper method to simulate its actually work state. The main content is following.1. Analyzed the character of the pull-off-force to a certain type ammunition link in detail. Confirmed the test method for the pull-off-force which accorded with WJ 2109-93. And manufactured the test equipment for the pull-off-force to a certain type ammunition link.2. Accomplished a great deal of test included static pull-off-force, fracture force, dynamic pull-off-force and analyzed the data in detail.3. It is validated that The test method and test equipment are veracious through analyzing the test data. And provided a steady test method for design&check and accept to ammunition link.
