Design Strategy for Energy Efficiency of Public Buidings of Anhui Province is researched by the great background of " Economy society". The buidings energy efficiency of Anhui Province has no optimist, The public buildings have already become the important part of consumed energy, it was particularly essential to design for energy efficiency of public buidings of Anhui.Buidings energy efficiency was very wide, contained each speciality correlating with it, and need complicated data to calculate at the same time , the architect was very great inconvenience when they design. The purpose is to find out the design measure for energy efficiency of public buidings of Anhui province. This kind of measure can make the tedious data turn into the simple and easy method , at the same time , have the guidance function to the architect's earlier design.The thesis proceeds with the region characteristic of Anhui province, under the guidance of " Design standard for energy efficiency of public buidings " GB50189-2005 and " Evaluation standard for green building " GB/T50378-2006, with the foundation of analysing , comparing with other province , analyses and compares the building space mode and the method of energy efficiency, find out the strategy which is suitable for the region characteristic of Anhui Province .It is the large data system which had 90 design methods and 10 items of space mode, it is divided into the priority method and general method according to the different characteristics of the Huaibei ,Jianghuai,Wannan. It has the guiding function to the energy efficiency development of public buidings of Anhui province , offers the basis that can be consulted for energy efficiency design of public buidings of Anhui province at the same time .
